Balcony music

I opened the door to my balcony and heard music playing. I looked around and didn't see the origin. I went out to the hall and the stairs and saw this guy on his balcony playing either a mandolin or a ukulele.

His balcony is in an excellent spot. It's on a corner and has this tree for some shade and fauna.
