MungosWells

Today we had a field trip to MungosWells in East Lothian, the only wheat producers in Scotland to also commercially sell flour despite Scotland producing more than enough to feed the country.

Angus, a several generation farmer, was a bit of a dude with a keen engineering eye and it was fantastic to see how farmers are coping with and adapting to the changing agrieconomic climate.
