The steps to Calle Die Morte

We estimated that we walked around 10 miles today on the hard Venetian walkways. Well worth it though as our leaders Phil and Clive took us to some corners of Venice we would never find ourselves.
Towards the late afternoon we arrived at a little square where this flight of steps led over the canal to the morbidly named Calle Die Morte.
