One Bright Spot

Another wet day. I stuck close to the sewing machine, and progress is happening with the Storm at Sea.

TM decided to make red onion jam, to use up the remains of last year's crop before they rot. The aroma of onions and vinegar is a bit overwhelming, but I expect it will taste nice, if you like that sort of thing.

I went up the garden for a breath of air, but everything was dripping wet and the ground felt like a soggy sponge. Today's picture slot goes to the primroses bravely pushing through last year's dead leaves.
