Pompeii!

This was one place that always popped up in history at school and on TV so I really wanted to visit it! Pompeii is HUGE and I did not expect to get as lost as I did. You also can't get out of Pompeii other than through the main entrance. I didn't take any food or water with me as it was a mild day but got very lost and was told by independent tour guides that I had to find my way back to the entrance, even though I could see a cafe through the fence at the edge of Pompeii...


After 3 hours getting lost I still hadn't seen it all but was quite impressed at the sheer size of it! Another bucket list location ticked!
