La Sagrada Familia

In Barcelona for a workshop today with just enough time to catch up with an old friend - La Sagrada Familia designed by Antonio Gaudi. On my first visit in 1985 you could wander through the ground floor of the building for free and there wasn't any real construction work going on. In 2000 construction had recommenced and I went up the spires of the Passion Facade - don't remember if there was a fee for this but probably was.
Now as you can pay up to €35 for a full tour and construction continues apace towards a planned completion in 2026, the anniversary of Gaudi's death.
