Milton Keynes Village
Today whilst Bobbsi and Rob returned to Bletchley Park for further exploring, Jac and I drove the 10mins to the "City". The huge shopping Mall I last visited 30years ago when it was small, surrounded by wasteland and housed one of the first McDonalds in the UK. Now it is surrounded by wide clear roads, easy parking and clean, green areas.
After lunch we walked around the village, a beautiful area, with paths, cycle ways, paddocks, thriving allotments, and a real village community ethos. I have always understood MK to be a characterless new town. How wrong can you be !
