The Birds

I was out walking through Morningside in Edinburgh today when I heard a commotion in a front garden. Looking in I was very surprised to see a whole squadren of sparrows in a Pyracantha shub. As I stood watching more and more sparrows flew in I lost cout at 25 as they wher moving around so much as to get a precise number. There was a feeding gizmo in the Pyracantha so maybe it was sparrow's nosh time. I have not seen this many sparows together since I was a kid living in the Cheshire countryside so it was great to see so many hanging out in Morningside. Well done wee spadjers.
