Early morning training
Got to North Shore Hospital nice and early this morning and had time for a walk along the lake edge. One of the local Dragon Boat crews was out on Lake Pupuke practicing for the coming races. I think this is a mixed crew (men and women), and once they got the boat moving they generated a reasonable speed back across the lake.
Another relatively quiet and gentle day, with opportunity for teaching. Back to the apartment where Mr H and his same age cousin who are in the same class at Avondale College were there. Daughter C and Young L were also here waiting for me to get home before they left for West Auckland. S' brother was also here (Grand-dad to the boy's cousin). A nice way to end the day.
