With Sympathy

Rightfully the subject matter was not the usual fare today. I don't normally share family stuff on here (although many others do) and as a result my journal rarely reflects what's going on outside of blipfoto.

But today of all days was the time to do so as my mom passed away yesterday after a succession of health issues. We knew this day was near but none of us expected it quite so soon.

The flowers are from the office. Which is a nice gesture and much appreciated.
