Plaque text: Out of Order was commissioned by the Royal Borough of Kingston Upon Thames and unveiled on 19th December 1989. It was renovated on instruction of the Kingston Town Neighbourhood Committee in 2001. The work was carried out by Unicorn Kiosk Restorations.
