Marmalade day

I've been looking out for seville oranges for a few weeks and spotted some in the local greengrocer last weekend. Now they have been cut squeezed sliced cooked and sealed in their jars. The process gives off a tantalising smell and now I'm looking forward to marmalade on toast for another year with some jars ready for giving away.
