Surely some Mistake?

Out for a walk on the Prom I had a look at the display board that is in position at one of the places where the Prom widens out. I had a look at the painting a bit more closely than I have done before and I'm pretty sure it's incorrectly labelled, which I had never noticed. Using the Lomond Hills as a guide what the display describes as Burntisland is actually Kinghorn and Pettycur, which means whatever their arrows are pointing to is wrong too. Seems a pretty basic error so I'm amazed no one pointed it out before the board was installed.
