What is best?

Buying a £200 alpaca wool Cardigan second hand for just under a fiver on eBay?

Cardigan arriving and finding out it fits? Is in good condition? Doesn't smell? Is one of the most snuggly and nurturing items you have ever owned?

Deciding to go to the local sewing shop to pick out some jazzy buttons for it? Settling on green shell? The tactile pleasure of going through the entire jar so as to locate the 'best' buttons? Taking the buttons out of their crinkly paper bag once home and admiring them?

This was a weekend job but I think I may get started on it later this evening if I'm feeling up to it :-)
