No Exchange

Found this sign at a restaurant.

At first glance I thought this sign would be telling not to ask for some coins without making a purchase (similar signs are spotted at many shops here). Given that the sign contains several other languages, however, it also seems that it is forbidding a currency exchange, aimed at guests coming from other countries and only bringing their own currency: in other words, the sign is telling that no foreign currency is accepted.

At the restaurant I had dinner with one of my colleagues. Tomorrow he's leaving, taking nearly five hours by train, for very important business. Hope things will go well for him.
