A Memorial At Wittenberg Platz

Many never notice this .Others think it's an ad for the Berliner Bank .It is a very touching memorial & stands infront  of U-Bahn Wittenbergplatz .A day which had begun with glorious sunshine turned grey and bitterly cold .Looking at this made me decide to photograph for Blip  .It wasn't easy to capture and some parts have been rotated to make reading easier. There is a link explaining the background. Berlin is full of such memorials and can be a very sombre city at times .Better that than to forget .
