Seedheads

I feel a bit guilty about this shot. Miss E marched in this morning and said "Come and take a photo of me on the swing and that can be your Blip!!"
I didn't realise that she was that aware of Blip - just that Mummy takes an awful lot of photos and spends a bit too much time on the computer!!
I did get a lovely photo of her feet on the swing but these seedheads looked so gorgeous in the afternoon sun I couldn't resist them.
Today has been a trying day!
We were supposed to be going to the seaside with my sister in law and the lovely Baby T but the stupid heap of junk on the driveway car is suffering some sort of electronic meltdown and won't be looked at until Friday. So I suggested Mrs L came here instead. She called at 10am from her driveway so say that her clutch had gone. Bloody cars!
So it was just me and the Little Misses. In the house. All day. All day long!!
I had that awful sensation of looking at the clock after we'd done some painting, played outside on the swing, made some jelly and read some books and it wasn't even 11am!!!
But we made it. And now they're asleep in bed and I'm watching The Great British Bake Off with a well earned cup of tea!
