Water charges......

So my friend/handyman wasn't available to help me disconnect the washing machine. I figured 'I can manage this on my own' (with the help of a neighbour who confessed that DIY wasn't his thing).
Well I was wrong, and I must have misread google 'how to disconnect a washing machine' So, water turned off at source until we hear from the plumber. 'No water, we'll just have to drink wine'. The wisdom of snugglepig.
