This is an emergency blip of my poor split thumb, which is much more painful than it looks! Top tips and advice on treatments and cures appreciated.

I was sent some photographs from Noo's school today. I get something most days, and it's nice to see what he gets up to (because he can never remember!) This week they have been designing a town - drawing plans and building models.
