Late light

I took this photo at about 5:15 pm, and the sky was still light. The days are clearly lengthening - hurrah!  These clouds suggest the change in the weather we're expecting, from the sunny and cold of the last few days to the wetter and slightly warmer that starts tomorrow.  Although it was calm at ground level, it's clear to see that winds higher up are blowing the clouds beautifully wild.

My cold still clings to me, refusing to take its leave.  Hope you are all feeling healthy and fit.
