Fried Flowers

I have a list of food that I will hopefully get to eat while I'm here in Thailand visiting friends. Thai tea is on the top. Fried flowers, however, were not on that list, but I'm glad I gave them a try. There were fried orchids, hibiscus, and others, along with fried lettuce, mushrooms, and stems of some sort. They were all quite tasty, especially with the sweet and sour sauce that was drizzled on top.
