Bad-Ass Beagle

When its cold enough outside for me to be all bundled up to take a walk, what kind of pet owner would I be if I didn't provide some sort of buffer for the little inside dog?  
The trouble is that all her cold weather gear was pink or frilly or both.  
When I wined complained mentioned to Missy Ann that I felt a little silly walking a foo-foo dog this outfit was the solution.
