Balmaha Bay

I've had a lovely afternoon! With my monthly massage at Tir na nOg scheduled for 3.30 and the sun shining, I left early and drove a bit further to Balmaha for a blip of the loch. There were lots of folk enjoying the mild weather, so the ducks were probably hanging around in the hope of being fed.

Still with time to spare I popped into P's for a quick catch-up over a cuppa and a cuddle of the gorgeous Minty, then had the pleasure of total relaxation during a wonderful hot stones massage.
