Foodie Tour
Today Lorraine and I took part in a Dumpling Tour around the city. We sampled food from five Asian establishments; Vietnamese, Hong Kong and three areas of China. (See Extras)
We concluded the tour outside of a place named N2 - Extreme Gelato. We were told that a Dessert Tour begins at this place so even though it wasn't included in our itinerary it was too inviting to avoid.
We shared a Creme Brulee gelato complete with crunchy top. They make it by pouring the ingredients into a mixer and then whilst it is mixing add liquid nitrogen - quite spectacular plus it tasted great.
