Walking to the pub

To get to the pub for lunch I walked 7 miles in just under 2.5 hours, climbing 400 metres.  Very much worth it - when I reached the Ram's Head at Denshaw. I really enjoyed the pints of Landlord, the seafood platter and the "Morecombe (sic) Bay Plaice."

This partially derelict house was about half way there, right next to the M62.
