A bunch of daffodils

A very wet morning and not the nicest of drives through the beautiful Stirlingshire countryside to Aberfoyle. A decent walk wasn't really on the cards but M and I did walk Togbe along to the church where M gave the heating a bit of a boost.

This is one part of a beautiful screen of embroidered flowers which I saw in the church.The information sheet said that the screen was commissioned by a Jean McLean in loving memory of her sister Anne Ferguson in appreciation for all the good works she did for the church and the community. I hope I might get an opportunity to photograph the other flowers when the light is a bit better.
