Carpet purchased.

But none of the three photographed.
This morning we went to look at the internal doors we want. They are really nice but the shop we went to couldn't get them quick enough so we are going to have to order them online. We then popped into Dudley before going to the carpet shop. There was far too much choice and some of them were so expensive. We left with these three samples for the lounge and another two for the bedroom. We headed back to let Mom and Dad in the house but then Mom suggested we go and try a few more shops (think she wanted us out the way!). After two unsuccessful visits we decided to head back to the first with a more realistic budget in mind. After what seemed like several hours we ordered two carpets and are booked into have them fitted on the 13th.
Result!
While we have been shopping Mom has glossed the woodwork in the lounge and Dad has cut the plywood and skirting board for the upstairs toilet and also started to box in the waste pipe. They are a right pair of grafters.
