Mini cakes

These are the smallest Victoria sandwich cakes ever, only 2 inches diameter, and very suitable for those of us who are trying to watch our weight!
I served these (with the cheese scones of yesterday' s blip) to a few friends who came round this evening, and everybody had at least one.
Not an original idea of mine - saw them in a magazine !
