Old sugar mill

This old sugar mill was or maybe will be torn down in the next 20 years to be transformed into a light rail depot for rapid transit to Denver. So, about 10 years ago we voters approved a mill levy for this project. Sadly, the light rail money went into Denver light rail and this project nolonger has any money. The rail district still wants us to fund the old new project. But can't say when the project will start. Bastards.
