...exposed - revealed to all

susceptible - now that all her petals are gone... seemingly undefended - unprotected - standing all alone - in some strange gravel on a hillside...

yet she appears strong - tall - not bending in weakness... or giving in - or giving up... she's holding her own in the elements - for now...

which is how i want to be - in life... in general - strong... with fortitude - always at the ready - for whatever will come at me... holding my own in the winds of this journey - with god's grace by my side... i will succeed - having many...
