Amazing day

For once the forecast was right ! After yesterday's horrendous non-stop torrential rain (but what a result we had, Little J's team won their Annual Tournament !!! Yayyy!)...today the Met office forecast sun. All day.
So after pegging out 3 lines of washing, packing up a picnic, off we did trot to the Maize maze at Singleton. And the sun shone....all day, and oh what fun we had. Go carts, trampoline, mini bikes and of course the maize maze, which we sploshed and splashed, slid and glid in. Managed 5 out of 10 clues - poor really, but not ruling out a return trip as yet (Halloween looks good, bring a torch they say) and tomorrow....well the forecast is British Summertime Business as usual = RAIN!
