Derelict

There are plans to build many new houses on Rochester riverside, but not much has happened in the last year! This is Acorn Wharf which has seen much better days, apparently it was to be part of the new development but was destroyed by arson in September last!

Medway council website says it will take another 12 years to build 1300 homes on this 20 hectares site, why so long when there is so much need for housing?
