Winter Comfort Food!!

Should have been out with the local walking group today. Just as well I’d already decided yesterday that I wasn’t up to it, as I didn’t wake this morning until 5 mins before the walk was due to start! Instead I’ve had a quiet, cosy Sunday, enjoying some real Winter comfort food, the Sticky Toffee Pud that my brother brought back for me at Christmas from the famous Cartmel Bakery in the Lake District. Ooh, it tasted sooo good! Here it is bubbling away in the oven, can you smell the delicious sweet toffee aroma?!
