London Winter Run

Well I finished and not a step was walked. Very pleased with myself. A cuddle with a polar bear made it all worthwhile at the finish. Great medals this year....in extras.
Very proud of my son Alex who has never ran anything like a 10k before and went under an hour. His girlfriend Louise also did amazingly well. Despite having knee problems and really not wanting to do it she did. Not sure we will get her to do another one. Andy as always did amazingly well. If it wasn't for him I'm not sure Alex would have done so well.
We had a lovely lunch before heading home.
