Respect

Rush Hour at Greystones beach, 9am.  What a beautiful crisp clear morning.  These swimmers are hardy regulars.  I could tell be the way they entered the water quietly and swam breaststroke, backstroke and freestyle without any panicky movements or chilled shrieks.  
Another day of the finest food and wine for P with a Green and Black's Cherry Brownie as a birthday cake.
