Seasick relief

Back home and out for a run tonight. 10K loop and quicker tonight. Spent the night sorting stuff out so only a quick snap of my new seasick patches. Hopefully going to work for our next holiday as we are going through some of the worst seas on the planet and I get seasick on a pontoon.
