Golden power!
At this farm at Tofte a family have produced a sparkling wine, were the main ingredience was rhubarb. They have produced it since 1886 up to 2006. I have passed this farm several times, when we are heading for the forest at Tofte, but I was surprised to hear this, since Norway is not known for making wine.
I was just about to go to the airport to pick up Julian, my oldest, who finished his two semesters at the university of Wageningen in the Netherlands. Luckily I checked the arrivals and saw that the flight was more one hour delate. I think I will try to take a short nap!
