Flat stone

This large flat stone near the top of our fishing beat on the Dee is a good indicator of river height. If water is lapping over the top it's about 2 ft on the guage at Potarch Bridge. Pippa reckons the height just now is about a foot. Here she seems to be surveying the river like a queen. And so it came to pass.
