Crocus!

Pushing up through the leaves - a welcome surprise crocus in the garden!

A goodbye to one of our congregation at church this morning - after 40 years in the village. Sherry, elderflower, cake and coffee were served! The lady is now 95 and is moving to be nearer her children (they're in their seventies!). We will miss her - still very active, still driving and taking her part in village activities.
An hour or so in the garden this afternoon - just a bit of tidying up here and there - everything very wet. But it was a start!
