Lazy Sunday

Another day when I broke the diet in monumental fashion. Not sure how I keep up the diet at weekends any more! When one has guests, one has to entertain properly and today we took Liam and Sarah to The Pilot. Liam doesn't eat fish at all, which means Sarah doesnt ever get to have it, so we three ate the famous fish while Liam had ham, egg and chips.

Once they had left for home, we lazed around and did very little!

Photo is from the morning Dog walk at Madeira rd by the water tower. The shingle dunes are quite high so Dog and I played ball on the beach whilst Mr L walked on the top!
