Non Stop Running

Grandpa brought Ethan over from Bathgate this morning (he had a sleepover at the Foreveryoungs last night) and met us at parkrun. Ethan hasn't ran it for nearly a month so i planned to take it easy. But he had other plans. For the first time ever, he ran the whole 5k non stop (meaning I had to as well)! He completed the course only 8 seconds short of his PB - if we'd started slightly closer to the front of the runners I think he would have beaten it!

I spent the afternoon doing overtime from home while Granny, Grandpa and the Foreveryoungs all hung out at my house.
