New growth

The park this morning showing early signs of spring on its way.

Popped in to see brother-in-law and his wife this morning - still some things to finish up from pa-in-laws estate.

Down to M&S for lunch and a bit of shopping, popping into pa-in-laws flat to check on the way back home. Still trying to sell it - at least it's empty, just need a quick sale now.
