Not through my window.

The view through any of our windows today would be dull,  even in exaggerated colour, so the MM challenge has been given a miss this week.
We took a trip to a local garden centre which is rapidly becoming a shopping village, then stopped off at Hillers farm shop to buy some supplies for a late lunch and to use their hide. The light was deteriorating and there was not much wild life about, two small deer passed by without pausing, a Robin and two Blue Tits kept posing but there was little else. Eventually this Woodpecker  appeared  some way off and was small in the frame even at 250mm. The extra is a Goldcrest which dashed around for a few seconds and was never still.
