Two tiny blooms

This is the bud for that blooming onion plant I posted a week or so ago.  It is not really doing well as far as bursting into bloom.  One or two blooms have already died out and now this is what it is doing.     I can't find out what the real name of this is so I can't research what I need to do to make it bloom all at once..maybe it doesn't anyway.   But the blooms are so tiny, about as big as a pencil eraser.
