A change of gear

Now we're well into February it's time to leave the lethargy behind and up the pace. I've been trying to be a bit more energetic and productive today, but have now been thwarted by a headache and sore throat suddenly coming on this evening. So it's a paracetamol and early night for me, and then try again tomorrow......
