New buildings

The building that I work in only has nine floors. There are new buildings going up all around us. The nearest one will be 41 floors but won't look as initetesting as the Gherkin.

You can see the reflections of some of them in it.

It was a freezing start to the day. As I approached the Oxo Tower there was a dead fox on the pavement. Such a pity.

I was rushing to get the train and I tripped on an uneven paving slab. My knees have taken the brunt of the fall as have my tights. Two gentlemen walking behind me checked that I was ok and kindly helped me up. My knees will be bruised tomorrow.

I'm having some more work done on the house tomorrow. I'll tell you about it tomorrow.
