Softball ...

Here i stand on the mound,

I glance and take a look around.

On one hand a glove,

In the other a ball.

Watch out for my pitch

Because i give it my all.

I'm a softball player and that's all you need to know

if you watch me long enough

I'm sure to put on a show.

I'm a softball player,

just look at my stride

as you can tell I make my attack fly.

People ask to play me,

hoping they'll win

But when they get beat

they ask me to play again.

So when or if you may ask me

this is what i'll say

I'll through my drop and rise ball

and send you all away.
