Black Krim
I had this big heirloom tomato for my dinner today. I cooked some green beans and then added the cut up tomato. I served them on a thick slice of toasted home-made bread, along with a couple of fried eggs and grated cheese. The rich flavoured tomato made this simple meal a real treat.
The shoulders were cracked, but it was only skin deep. There’s a few more of these beauties coming on in my greenhouse.
