Boston Drama

Lots of wailing police sirens outside our windows this morning.  I am assuming this all has something to do with today's celebratory parade to honour the Patriots -- Boston's winning Super Bowl team -- which is scheduled for later this morning.  As promised by the weather prognosticators, it has just started snowing enthusiastically, and this is expected to continue throughout the day, changing from snow to freezing rain and back again.  This, combined with my intense dislike of being in crowds, guarantees that you will not see me out on Tremont Street cheering the victors!
