Argyll's most photographed castle

I had a meeting in Inveraray this afternoon and hoped to get a picture there, but forgot until we were on the road again. As I was given a lift by a friend I didn't like to ask her to keep stopping, so took this fairly conventional picture of Kilchurn Castle, across Loch Awe.

Some nice new snow on the hills last night which added to the picture. Loch Awe, at 25 miles, is the longest freshwater loch in Scotland - Kilchurn Castle is right up at the north-east tip.
